Hi, I'm the owner of Whitman Strata Pty Ltd — we manage roughly 3,200 lots across Sydney's Inner West (mostly Newtown, Marrickville, Leichhardt). I'm 62 and starting to plan my exit, ideally winding down over the next 18 months.
